When: Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022

Why: A BENEFIT FOR THE VALLEY CHRISTMAS PROJECT

What:  Create a food, craft, or game booth (NO RAFFLES ALLOWED).  Be creative!  (Hint: booth selling items OTHER THAN sweets/sugary products usually make more money).  Complete the form below and submit it no later than 5 PM on Wednesday, Dec. 8.  You MUST have a parent or staff member sponsor to have a booth. You must make your own arrangements for tables, chairs, extension cords (electrical cords MUST be taped down), etc.  Supplies for your booth MAY NOT be kept in the office.  It is the responsibility of the sponsor to store or bring items for the carnival.

Where:  Booths can be set up anywhere around the main grass area and sidewalks/hallways in the middle of campus.  Be in areas where students will be so they will visit your booth.

Upside:  The money you make at your booth will be split 50/50 with the Valley Christmas Project.  All expenses to operate your booth come out of your 50% of the profits.

TURN IN ONE APPLICATION PER BOOTH.

You will receive a notice of approval or disapproval for your booth by Friday, Dec. 16.
